Jocelyn’s Top Five Target Finds
Katie recently did a post about this healthy but yummy pasta you can buy at Target. So I thought, why not share my favorite Target finds.
Target can be hit or miss for me, you know? Sometimes the prices are amazing, and sometimes you’re wondering why you walked in the store in the first place.
But with some (a lot cause I like getting the best prices) research I’ve found that Target has my back on a couple of products.
Without further ado
Jocelyn’s Top Five Target Finds:
Number 5: Bastiste Dry Shampoo
Dry shampoo has been a life-saver for me since I realized that not washing your hair was actually good for it (I’ll admit it took me quite awhile to get past the greasy hair). Bastiste is a great dry shampoo, right next to my favorite from DryBar. However it is a much more affordable option, and Target sells it for $3 less than where I usually buy it at Ulta. And hey, if you’re not a fan of the scent, they have tons of other smells.
Number 4: Nature Made Multivitamin For Her
After I visited my gyno last May I’ve been sticking to my vitamin routine. I’m not a huge pill popper-in meaning that I don’t have too many requirements in my vitamins. I look for a few keys thing like Folic Acid, Iron and Vitamin C, but other than that I’m pretty easy. I find most vitamins are cheaper at Target then drugstores like CVS or even Giant.
Unlike the super long name (did anyone else get winded say it or was that just me..), this mask doesn’t take that long. Ten minutes are you’re done. Sometimes I like sitting with masks and other times I just want great affects in the shortest amount of time. This mask can be bought elsewhere, but like Bastiste this is the cheapest place I’ve found it at. So save yourself the gas money and pick them both up while you’re there.
Number 2: Nature’s Wick Candles
These candles were found on a shopping adventure with my dad in high school. I’ve been using these candles since…so a long time. These candles smell great, but more importantly, the wicks are made of wood which products a soothing sound. I love lighting my candle and doing some relaxing yoga poses before going to bed.
This tops my list because I had an obsession with getting my hair cool this year. By cool, I mean cool tones. As mentioned earlier in this post, I used to wash my hair a lot-this causes blondes to get brassy colored hair. After the first use of this correcting creme (not to be confused with shampoo and condition..but they have that as well) I saw a noticeable different in my hair. It’s also a pretty low maintenance product. I shampoo my hair, use the creme and let is sit while I shave, then condition and I’m out. It smells great and I also notice that my hair is easier to brush when used.
If you find these products cheaper anywhere else PLEASE let me know. I’m always looking for ways to save money. Also feel free to leave comment below if you have any other great finds.
